We were able to execute this curb-less shower perfectly, thanks to high quality materials. Our client was satisfied with her transformation from a standard shower to a curb-less shower. As a professional, I highly recommended the tile at The Tile Shop for any tiling needs.

Long overdue review for The Tile Shop and store manager, David. Last summer, I visited the store for the first time with a photo of a backsplash. David found the exact tiles (& center inset) and provided a sheet of contractors for installation. The real customer service happened during the installation when a box of damaged tile was opened by the installers. David did not hesitate to order new materials so my project could be completed quickly. Not a day goes by... that I don't admire & appreciate my new backsplash...and I have gotten many positive comments from family & friends.

We had a great experience at Tile Shop. Their selection is outstanding. When we went in we pretty much knew what we were looking for, but their staff help us put our ideas together. David, the store manager, and the rest of the staff were instrumental in making it an all around great experience. I highly recommend Tile Shop.

As soon as my husband and I opened the door we were met with an overwhelming stench of artificial fragrance. We walked down one aisle and both immediately had headaches and had to leave. It was disappointing because the store is nice and we saw a few things we would have liked to take a longer look at. I wish they’d get rid of the fake heavy fragrance.

Tile purchasing process went very well. Installation from a contractor was flawless and I was very happy with the outcome. However, I have tried for over 4 weeks now to get information from the store about how my white tile (the only part that is outside of the shower and stays dry) is turning red/orange. I have had to follow up and call over and over again and no help has been forthcoming. Highly disappointed in the outcome with this as all of the initial interactions were very satisfactory.

The people in this store are wonderful! They worked with us through at least 20 visits, to choose tile for the major renovation of a kitchen, huge master bath and 4 other guest bathrooms. We took items to try them, we brought items back,= over and over again, and through it all they never lost their patience with us. Would use them with no hesitation the next time we need tile!

Outstanding place. The sales people don't hover. They let you spend as much times as you want looking. This has the BEST, AND I MEAN BEST selection of tile I have ever seen! Great store. It's worth the trip. They have tile for every price range!

I love this store! Manager Jovi and salesman Ron were of great help. My husband and I are deeply thankful for the time and effort Jovi put in our project. Couldn't recommend them enough :)
