When a person is in a store and has to deal with the public, they have to be very careful and respectful when answering a call. Today an employee was rude when answering, I was very disappointed.

EXCELLENT SERVICE we wanted to switch two cell phones over to Metro on the current deal. When we went in there we were told we could and how much it would be to switch them. Switching from the current provider to Metro took longer than expected. The Store manager was the one helping us and he was very knowledgeable. He spent the time to make sure we got switched over and set up to Metro. Before we left he asked if we had any questions. I was very impressed by the knowledge and service we received there.

The customer service I received there was absolutely excellent! They answered all of the questions I had about the service and they helped us transfer all of our stuff from our old phones to our new ones. I switched from AT&T and by now I would be going over my data and my phone would be slowing down, but since I switched to MetroPCS I haven't had any of those issues! I definitely recommend anyone switching!

Very deceptive group fr the manager Jonah all the way down. Make sure you have them read you all the fine print before you commit or chances are they'll soak you for every penny you have and that service that they say is great is a lie. Avoid Blue lakes store if you dont like being lied to and. Decieved

Such a friendly environment. Jonah made me feel so welcomed. Not only was he very friendly and made my experience the best it could have been. Mediha was very sweet and definitely confident in her doings. Definitely would recommend to others.

Diego Leon in Twin Falls helped my husband get two phones today for us and he was very helpful and went above and beyond for us. This guy needs a raise. Truly.

Very helpful, answered all my questions. Even when he was unsure of the answer he went and made a call to get me the answer. Went above and beyond for me as I had multiple things to do. Will only go to see him from now on. Best staff member for Metro in this area by far
