I highly regret using them - the whole entire experience was horrible!!!! It made my wedding planning and my wedding day so stressful and it shouldn’t have. We came in the first time to be measured and order the full package but somehow they ordered the wrong tux - the second time the right tux came in but NOTHING fit & it was the wrong tie. The third time was two days before the wedding and was PROMISED it would be right and the jacket was too small and too short and the vest was way too short and the wrong pocket square - so our photos he has on a sloppy looking tux and he didn’t feel confident in himself :( he couldn’t raise his arms when we did our first kiss. I just don’t understand how ONE tux can be so hard to get right!?! The staff was rude to me over the phone and said I could go somewhere else 2 days before the wedding and I had no other options!!!! Thanks for making this so stressful for us on our big day and they screwed up so many times and wouldn’t even refund my deposit.

Communication from the get-go was lacking. I filled out the inquiry form on their website and waited two weeks, but no one ever contacted me about my wedding. I then called and asked about my wedding and renting suits, and told them I filled out the inquiry on their website and received no response. They didn't apologize, just offered some excuse, saying "oh it does that sometimes". I was then given conflicting information on when we would receive the suits, which was eventually clarified, but it was still initially frustrating. Here we are, less than a week out from the wedding, and the groom's suit does not fit, and 4 out of the 5 groomsmen's suits do not fit. They were ALL professionally measured, AND both of the groomsmen that were measured IN YOUR SHOP also do not have correctly fitted suits. How is your sizing and ordering that off? It has made me look bad to my entire bridal party (Like I chose a cheap rental place) and caused extreme stress to me when my groomsmen don't have properly fitting suits 6 days before the wedding. To add icing on the cake, the groom's ties do not match the color of the bridesmaids' dresses. The woman on the phone said, "oh our colors match Azazie's colors. Um... no, they do not. I am now going to have to pay money to rush the correct color ties from Azazie to get here in time. (over $100!) I had high hopes from the good reviews, but I shouldn't have. I am also unable to get a response from anyone on the phone. I am doing all of this planning from Texas and an hour behind. My groomsmen also are not readily available in Columbus. Edit: I have been contacted by the store, and they advised me that fittings and having to maker adjustments are part of the process, ok sure... but this should not be pushed all into just one week. The suits should be sent at least a week an a half or two in advance so that these (expected) issues can be taken care of without worry. I do appreciate them offering to pay for the shipping of the ties due to them being the incorrect color, and attempting to clear some things up.

We were really excited about using celebrate tuxedo but we received misinformation on the suits. They did try to fix the issue but the disappointment from misinformation had already left a bad taste in our mouth. why we understand that some tuxedos are for purchase and some for rent. We were told that the one we wanted could be purchased. We were told it could be purchased more than once by the person that worked in the establishment. Even if the booklet reads for rent we thought that the person that works there knows more than us on the process. We had an issue with incorrect given on multiple occasions employer.

Everyone we have dealt with at this location have been super nice and knowledgeable. They are cheaper than Men’s Warehouse with same quality! Highly recommend for whatever your occasion need is!

Excellent customer service. My son rented his prom tux. He was nervous, but they helped him every step of the way. The process was efficient and easy from fitting to the return. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

Worst experience with a tuxedo place. Do not let the reviews fool you as they did me. I posted before but it was taken down. I assume that is what they do with all the negative reviews. Basically, this place was incompetent and highly lacked communication. Stressed this bride out week of my wedding, still didn’t have my husband or our son’s suits on that Monday. Wedding was Saturday. Did not even lift a finger to accommodate for us with time to try on the suits and the man that works there seems so exasperated all the time. Not the best experience.

Our son is a student and was in need of purchasing a tux for upcoming choral performances. We do not live in Columbus and happened upon Celebrate Tuxedos on a visit there. The manager Tiffany and the staff are so kind and friendly and went above and beyond in their efforts and delivered a perfectly fitting tux exactly as promised! We cannot say enough good things about the excellent customer service at Celebrate Tuxedos and highly recommend them!!

Crysta was the most helpful person ever. I gave her a 2 day notice that I needed a tuxedo and she simply made it happen. When the tuxedo didn’t fit right initially, she found a solution! This is some of the best customer service I have ever had!
