I would HIGHLY recommend Leona and Franck Belhassen for your realtor! From the moment we met with them they treated us like family. I really appreciated the fact that they were good honest people who cared about us. They were knowledgeable about the Down Payment Assistance Programs and walked us through every detail of the home buying process. They stayed in contact with us through the process and answered all my questions, which was a lot. Even as they lost their own home to Hurricane Helene and Milton they stayed dedicated to seeing our dreams come true of owning a home. They really went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful to them.

Huge shout out to This office as they opened there place of business to the public on Sunday for Central ave Pride day. Offered free hotdogs an drinks and sweet desserts. Heather Knight was truly exceptional. We met her at an open house. We were impressed with her level of knowledge of the condo complex and the surrounding area. It was a no-brainer for us to work with her since we were set on buying in that complex and we are so thankful we did. Heather was ALWAYS available for showings. Her responsiveness was spot on. If she couldn’t take my call she would text and tell me when I could expect a call back. She not only found us a great deal- she got us top dollar for our condo we were selling! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We were out of town and she even met the plumber for us so we could have the repairs done for the buyer. Heather will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is so personable and gets along with everyone. Her personality makes it easy for her to deal with other real estate agents. There was an issue with our first buyer and Heather didn’t skip a beat! She got us an even better offer! She worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. There could be no better realtor/person than Delia. She did an amazing job as a buyers agent from start to finish and we are experienced buyers and sellers.
