Such a beautiful experience. Everything was explained so well, and I didn't ever feel pushed or rushed. The experience was mine. She just helped guide me to understand it. She was so inviting and personable and genuinely cares for you and the journey you are on. I am excited to explore more with her and learn more about myself. I highly recommend her! I've never met with her that I didn't leave feeling inspired to learn more. Recently, I attended one of her Reignite retreats in beautiful Costa Rica and I am speechless at the power of those 7 days with Sarah and the other participants. She is particular on who attends, and she is on point for knowing what she's doing! I am forever changed and can't wait for the next 6 months to unfold and the next retreat to happen. I was on a self prescribed retreat when I came to see Sarah. This was stop #1 on a day that would be full of healing and wellness activities I had arranged for myself. The minute I walked into Sarah’s office, I was greeted by Thor, her amazing intuitive fur baby (dog & healer). I have an abnormal amount of love in my heart for dogs and gravitated to him immediately. I was so happy he was a part of my experience. He was such a significant part of my journey that he laid right beside me, touching, halfway onto my body, resting his head on my stomach. It felt like he was holding me and guiding me as I descended into my inner-being. Sarah made me feel immediately warm and comfortable, even though the experience felt intimidating and I was wearing the anxiety all over ‘ within my body. I have never done breath work before, and it is truly life altering!! The sound bath is incredible! You have to experience the feelings, thoughts and vibrations within your body & work with or sit in the things that come up. When it was time for the energy work and silence, I was flooded with emotions & there was feeling of tightness and lumps between my heart and throat and without a word, Sarah placed her hand there and thought of a waterfall prior to me, saying I felt flooded (as we spoke later on). She is highly intuitive and just absolutely incredible!!!! Such a beautiful soul & a fellow empath like myself. It was so rejuvenating to have a glimmer of hope and to see the light again. She reminded me that as an empath, I need to unload often. I left feeling tired yet empowered, gentle, open, like a load was lifted.✨ Thank you, Sarah & Thor for an experience of a lifetime and I plan on seeing more of you two!

Sarah is One of the Best things that has happened to me in a long time. In just a few sessions she has helped remind me of my true self -worth and overcome some fears. There are no words to explain the magic I experienced when I went to this retreat. I went with intentions of hoping to find myself and maybe even heal some unresolved wounds. I got that and sooo much more. The energy, the people that attended, the activities we did, Sedona itself was breathtaking. Sarah is amazing! Her gifts are truly Divine and I’m so grateful to have crossed paths with her. I know this was apart of my awakening journey to connect with her because she has truly been a key part of this journey for two years now. This past service I had was the energy healing session and this was done virtually. This virtual session brought clarity to what I was already experiencing. Sarah intuition picked up on stored trauma, the feelings within my chest, feet and throat without me having to tell her none of this. Also intuitively picked up my past experiences with certain loved ones. It brought up so many emotions and a release that felt so freeing. She also recommended me certain detoxification methods and breathing techniques to clear what I been feeling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND: with over 10 years of trauma therapy including CPT, DBT, EMDR, and tons of talk therapy, I decided try IFS with Sarah. With an open mind and no expectations I was blown away from my first session. IFS helps to identify the parts of ourselves we may not be conscious of in our daily lives, the parts we dont want people to know and see, the parts we're ashamed of, scared of, sad about, the parts we've forgotten that have imprinted on us for so long we think that's just how we are because that's what we've only known. Once identified, this part of yourself is brought into awareness and integrated back into your conscious state. I've only done 4 sessions with Sarah, and in those four sessions, she has helped me reach parts of myself I didn't even realize were there. Sarah is magic. She's easy to talk to, is trauma-informed, and her presence is calm, and non-judgemental. She guides each session with compassion, high intuition, and patience.
