I would like to pay homage to the awesome crew at Men's Warehouse in Spanish fort. The customer service experience from the time you walk in the door until you leave is awesome and floored me. Such a great team that works together to give the customers a seemless and great experience. Time my son walked in he was measured by the great seamstress and then after a short time TY came and assisted us and made the process so simple and enjoyable. Even at checkout the manager and another sales associate offered help and conversated with us and it felt good to receive great customer service from a great team. I was about to drive to Mobile from Atmore too D&k ,but God lead us here , because we have a great experience there before. One thing about this location in Spanish fort , the customer service is consistent and the vibe in the store is real. I will refer to them as people do when they say it takes a village , it takes a team. There is an exempleriry team at Mens Warehouse in Spanish fort Alabama ! My hats off to you all and thanks again Ty and team members !

Walked in the store at 7:03 and walked out at 7:30! Ty and Jack was Absolutely amazing, they listen and executed the look in less than 30 minutes talking about Great customer service. They’re definitely GREAT at their job. I’ll definitely be back to see you guys soon and keep up the good work.

Be careful in dealing with this store. On September 30, 2025 I bought a suit from this store and was measured for alterations. I explained that I needed the suit no later than October 24, for a planned event. They assured me it would be ready on that date. When I went in on the promised date (over 3 weeks after purchase), the suit wasn't ready and they admitted they had not even started on the alterations. I asked for a credit card refund and left. I'll post later as to whether I get the refund.

The associate who helped us was terrific! Chanta was patient and showed my husband several styles ( that he was interested in). She was a joy to work with. She listened and we were very pleased with our purchases

Sheena Beckham welcomed me when I walked in the door. She was extremely professional and very kind. She helped me through about five or six suits that I tried on and got me exactly what I needed. I was on my way to a charity ball in San Francisco from Alabama where she worked. She had one suit shipped to San Francisco for me because she did not have the right size. She was extremely awesome and I would come back to Sheena anytime to get my suits. SHE'S AWESOME!!!!!

The guy who helped us was nice. If I were just rating him, it'd be a five stars. The store needs maintenance. Leaking roof and SLOWWWWW computers. For a $260 tux rental, I think they can afford new software and machines.
