Today in 4 hours I had my transmission serviced, a full chassis inspection where my rear shock had blown (I replaced all 4) and the seals on my engine fan gear were compromised. My temperamental electric stairs were fixed and I left Bay Diesel with a big smile on my face because I got to hang out with pros who explained everything and let me walk into the shop and get under the coach. BIG shout out to Bay Diesel. Was on the road to Red Bay for body work when ABS light came on and cruise control quit. Texted them while on the road and they fit us in the day after we arrived in Red Bay. Pulled in to their shop and was immediately directed into a repair bay. Their tech Aaron got right to work and found the problem quickly and pointed it out, and promptly resolved the problem. Other techs also went over the entire chassis and repaired other concerns. We had our 2015 Allegro Bus at Bay Diesel this week for engine/generator service and to repair our in dash a/c. We were completely impressed with their thorough evaluation, not just with the items we brought for service/repair, but also finding cracked and broken brackets that were replaced, noticing that the water pump was leaking, which they ordered and were then able to fit us in to replace it before we left the area, and how they noted a couple of other items that we should keep an eye on. We are taking a trip to Alaska this summer with a group and are feeling like we are as prepared mechanically as we possibly can be. We can have the engine worked on at Rush Trucking, but they aren’t even 1/3 as thorough and they don’t really understand RVs, just engines. Bay Diesel: Great team work. Great Service.
