Dealt with two ladies today just trying to register a vehicle . The dealership made a mistake and they were so rude!!!!! Instead of trying to help me they kept cutting me off while I was talking and clearly did not want to be bothered!

If you’re going to get your license renewed or changed do not bother coming here to do so. I came in at 3:10 and was told there’s a possibility I would not be able to get helped. I sat down anyways, decided to take my chances. I sat out in the lobby with 3 other people and after 30 minutes one of the other customers got up to check the office to see if anyone else was being helped. To our surprise, there was no customer sitting in the office. We all were waiting and yet no one was being helped. Will not be returning.

Jenny at the notary counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was speaking very kindly and meekly for 90% of the time I spoke to her, and she was immediately combative the moment I tried to ask her (VERY politely) why she couldn’t help me with the examination of my I9 documents. When I asked her what I should do because they couldn’t solve my problem at this office, again, politely, she said “I’m not going to argue with you,” which was so confusing, because I was actively trying to ask about it politely. From the get go, she was so extremely rude and clearly unwilling to be helpful. It’s clear she’s neither trained in updated notary practices or social competence in the workplace. I suspect she didn’t attempt to help me because it was 20 minutes to close and she didn’t want to have to do the work

Great service and team for tag renewals. The hours posted though are wrong, if you're doing anything with a title transfer or bill of sale you can consider them closed if you arrive after 4.

Another wonderful experience this morning. I came in to register my vehicle from another State to Alabama. The young Lady called me up right away and it took us 10 minutes from start to finish. Great experience, professional and friendly Staff.

Getting my car tag renewed was a breeze. I didn't have to wait. The clerk was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. My suggestion is that you not wait til the last minute.

Easy in& Easy out. Not a long wait for tags and other things. Wanta get Married ? Pick up a ALABAMA MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE , Pay $78.00 and you are MARRIED. NOJOKE. The new law. Wow,I'm going to try it out soon.... Plus Renew your Driver's license, and everything else pertaining to Probate. The Probate Judge( Kim Kirven) ,has everything moving smoothly as I can see. I might have misspelled the name,but I will be back.

I recently moved here from another county and called to ask about change of address for DL and tag. They were extremely helpful and polite. They offered information I hadn't even thought to ask. I cannot recommend them enough!
