X-Mart Adult Supercenter

This was my 1st time visiting this location. The girl at the front was very nice and helpful with the questions I had. I went into the booth area only to be let down. While the area was clean and well-kept, there were 18 channels that did not work. I told the girl up front about this and she notified the manager about the issue. I tried a different booth and it was the same issue. So I left because of that reason. I will stop by again and hopefully have a better experience next time.

Regular customer at adult arcade/theaters. Called for scheduling best time to visit. Have had multiple immediate hang-ups. Yet seemingly recieved a customer supportive response. Surprisingly I well shortly be a new patron of their video booth's seeking hot adventures soon.

I recommend the excaluber or the X Staff is always professional I ship here at least once a month

Went there to buy something with Valentines day coming up. It was awful. The lady that worked there was too busy yelling at those in the video booths. What customer wants to hear a bunch of yelling while they are shopping. I just left. There are better places for what I want to buy. This place needs to hire people who know how to talk to customers.

I’ve enjoyed visiting the store for years and have appreciated having the booths available as a place to decompress whether it be after work, during lunch, or whenever. I stopped by a couple of days ago to learn there’s a new manager in place, and it appears his mission is to intimidate anyone accessing the booths. In less than a 10 minute span he came through opening and shaking doors, twice. It was invasive enough that I left, leaving over half of the $20 I had just deposited in the booth. Either accept the booths for their intended purpose or close them down but, intimidation and harassment isn’t the way to handle it. The previous Manager kept everyone in line and in an orderly manner by gaining the respect of the customers, not by making them feel uncomfortable for supporting a service you offer in your store.

My husband just took me to this store last night. They have a great variety of items and the store is very clean and well kept. The people there are nice, open, and willing to answer any questions you have about any of their products. I myself was looking for a natural lubrication because my skin is sensitive and most natural selections are sticky and you don't have many options, they had a good amount of options to pick from in the natural lubrication section and even asked a few questions that would help them find exactly what I was looking for. I definitely plan on purchasing from x-mart again because of this experience.
