I usually love this place & love the customer service! I can in today 4/18 at 9:25am and ordered my food as seen in the receipt. The first time it was done wrong and had American cheese they re-did it I was thankful and nice about it I threw it away since they can’t take back food and I wasn’t going to eat it anymore. I open it to make sure and I see a hair on the egg I always avoid places that serve food with hair I’m so disappointed and hurt because I truly love Panera.

I love Panera Bread soooo much it’s my favorite breakfast place! It always hits the spot. The soups, the sandwiches, the pastries literally everything is so good. Definitely my go-to place when I want something fresh and satisfying.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of good vibes. Special shoutout to Kennedy, the cashier, who made the whole experience even better. Kennedy was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient — answering questions with a smile and offering helpful suggestions. It’s rare to find someone who provides that level of customer service with such genuine enthusiasm. Definitely a standout! As for the food — absolutely delicious! You can tell quality ingredients were used, and everything was served fresh and hot.

There are a couple of these restaurants where we live but none rank up there with this one. Everything about this experience was just what weary travelers needed. The reception was extremely pleasant and helpful. The order was ready without much waiting and it was delicious. A delightful experience.

So, the only issue I have with Panera Bread (Eastchase) is that they tend to leave items off your food order. The personnel who work there are very professional and maintain a clean environment. They’re very nice, and the food is really good. However, on more than four occasions, I’ve had items left off my Order when visiting the drive-thru, and most times, my wife or I don’t realize until we get home. This becomes frustrating because I don’t want to go back out.

Just did a rapid pick-up order for a green goodess salad w/feta, extra pickled onions, no bacon & a side of french onion soup. Look at the pictures below to see what was in my bag. I had no plans of getting out my car...always check your food before driving off. My soup didn't have any fontina cheese & only 3-4 croutons...the salad had absolutely NO chicken in it & was brown at the bottom. "We aim to craft food that our guests not only crave but can also feel great about eating because of the high quality ingredients" today wasn't it Panera Bread! I went back inside & showed them the salad...my salad was redone but still didn't have all the ingredients. 🤷🏾‍♀
