This company is so disgusting. They are very quick to cut your water off. Even after paying, they wait very well into the evening the next day to restore it. The City of Montgomery really need to look into finding a different water resource. The staff is also very rude. Meaning they are a reflection of who leads this company. Nasty individuals with nasty practices. Stop forcing this poorly ran company down Montgomery residents throats. WE NEED A DIFFERENT RESOURCE.

Literally cut my water off for no reason. My bill was paid I look at my account and the payment shows it was posted a day afterwards. I watched two blacks guys turn my water off and back on. Then they turned it off again all in one day. I mysteriously have a balance. This is horrible I mean horrible. The worst ever, how do you change the date a payment was received in the system. Bank accounts dont lie. I didn't make a post dated payment, how is this possible.

Awful. I've never had a late payment on anything in my life, but their online system seems to be designed to be extremely difficult to understand and effectively encourages you to misinterpret what's going on. Worse still, the only update you get is a call from a restricted number in the middle of working hours. Their technicians are fast and helpful along with the rest of their staff, but if an engineer has issues with a human interface, then that's a bad sign.

There website is down 80% of the time on the day I need to pay my bill. It is also very glitchy and sometimes forces you to use a debit card, which charges you an extra $3.95, instead of an ACH draft that has no extra charge. You have to login twice to access your saved payment methods too It takes so much time just to pay a simple bill. They can't even take your payments efficiently. THIS CITY IS HORRIBLE.

Horrible experience. We got penalized for being on automatic payments. PLEASE tell me how that makes sense!! If you are on auto payment you have 2 days to make payment or they shut your water off. BUT if you are not on auto payment you get a grace period of 2 MONTHS before they shut your water off!!!!!!!! We had to pay an extra $100 dollars to get them to turn it back on too. Why do people on automatic payments only get 2 days? Like that’s enough time to get the money together in the first place. Their excuse is bc the payment declined, so there’s a difference if my payment declined and if I just didn’t want to pay?!? I’ve paid my deposit just like everyone else that gets a grace period. Also, out of the 3 people I talk to yesterday only 1 was decent enough to explain anything. Y'all need to review your policies and create new ones bc none of it makes sense.

Called a ticket for a leak, 945 in the morning. Got transferred to maintenance, plumber waiting on site. Montgomery waterworks. No show and a waste of a plumber visit. I call back to follow up, they don’t see any information about the call and say I should’ve called back earlier. I waste of my damn time, money, and they want to manage people property with. Locks and want turn the utility on and off again. Worst company in the damn state. Now I see why they got 2 stars. Then you get the rub around about why they are customer support and maintenance is 2 different areas. Losers

what is annoying is they don't keep their website up to pay bills and you cannot pay on the phone either becuase that doesn't work. But they are quick to turn your service off when it is THEIR ISSUE! Fix your website -

If the water bill is paid and has never been behind they cut the water off! No matter who's name it's in there are still people living in the house after getting that corrected we were told the water will be back on in the morning here it is 1030am and still no water so they are quick to cut services and slow to restore they also lied to us when we were trying to figure out what happened so there service is terrible and it explains the morality of the company services should not be cut if the bill isn't behind if that meter is running the water should be too they don't even deserve 1 star
