Everyone that my wife (Tonya Kimball), I and the rest of the family encountered was phenomenal! Mr. Davis and his team made the difficult time of laying my BIL to rest much easier with theircompassion and heartfelt care to each detail. The team was professional and kind. Thank you!

Throughout the entire process, I felt both confident in the staff and comforted - from the day she passed through the day of her service. I can't imagine having to go through that difficult time in any other way than with the staff at Leak Memory Chapel. Planning the service was emotional and difficult, but Amber made the process seamless and even comforting. I appreciated her willingness to always answer my questions (even when I asked the same thing multiple times). She helped me think through difficult things that I wasn't able to think through on my own. And on the day of the service, I felt like I could just be there with our children, other family and friends and not worry about the actual logistics. Every staff member I encountered was kind, compassionate and high capable. Our family and friends loved every bit of it. It was a perfect day of honoring my wife. I wouldn't change a thing. I also want to call out the layout/presentation of all the memories and keepsakes representing my beautiful wife and our life together; it was flawless. When I provided a box of all the things I felt represented her, I felt like it was just a mess of random items that made no sense... BUT, her essence was captured SO perfectly. I'm so grateful for their attention to detail and care that was put into it. Nearly everyone I talked to that day commented on how beautiful it was.

Sandra could not have been any kinder and more knowledgeable. We had put off making final arrangements for sometime. Sandra made it painless.

I can’t fully express how helpful the employees at Leak Memory were when my mom passed in January. Everything was explained thoroughly to me, and they were supportive and patient with me. I highly recommend Leak Memory. I also highly recommend getting a prepackage done. My mom had done that years ago, and it sure made things easier on me. I got my prepackage plan done, so my family won’t have to make difficult decisions when it’s my turn to go. Thank you, Leak Memory family. You were a blessing to me during a difficult time.

This experience for our family went so smoothly firstly because of GOD’S kindness and then because of the extremely knowledgeable, prepared and kind staff of Leak Memory Chapel. Tim, Dana and Latunya …we thanknyou from our hearts. We must mention Mr. Mack and Miss Olivia. My sister and I fixed Mom’s hair and make-up. These two met us at the door and caringly checked on us to make sure we were alright. You can count on Leak Memory and their process!

It was a pleasant experience from the time we came in. everyone there was so professional, kind, and caring. The director having everything run, smoothly took the stress off of our family. The smallest details were not overlooked. Very patient staff.
