My husband recently took my Audi to Jack Ingram for service while I was in Germany laying my mother to rest. The visit took longer than expected, and since we live two hours away, it was quite a wait. But the team went above and beyond—when I returned home, I was surprised with a beautiful Audi gift bag they had given my husband as a thank you for his patience. We truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and the excellent customer service. My husband even shared the video of my car being serviced, which gave me such peace of mind. Dealership is HORRIBLE. Wanted to charge $4,500 to replace virtual cockpit/update codes and turns out there’s a recall to fix it with a software update. Beware. Go somewhere else, wouldn’t trust with purchase. Other independent shops said other issues didn’t need replace, that stealership is just trying to upsell services. See pics.

Stay away. Won’t help/work with Audi for repair. Try to upsell you on services that you don’t really need (verified by Audi Birmingham). Long wait time, took 4 weeks to get appointment for recall. Took additional 3 days to complete recall/inspection.

Have got my car back in August from them within 1 month had issue with drive train brought back to them, as I thought they fix it but 2 months later same issue and thermostat issues. I had to get rid of it. Staff wasn't knowledge of the vehicle they choose for me. Never again will do busy with them. Thought staff was nice at first but wasn't helpful with my car. Was told it need just an oil change but clearly that's not the issue.
