Jack Ingram Audi

My husband recently took my Audi to Jack Ingram for service while I was in Germany laying my mother to rest. The visit took longer than expected, and since we live two hours away, it was quite a wait. But the team went above and beyond—when I returned home, I was surprised with a beautiful Audi gift bag they had given my husband as a thank you for his patience. We truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and the excellent customer service. My husband even shared the video of my car being serviced, which gave me such peace of mind. Thank you, Jack Ingram, for taking such good care of both my car and my husband during the visit.

Dealership is HORRIBLE. Wanted to charge $4,500 to replace virtual cockpit/update codes and turns out there’s a recall to fix it with a software update. Beware. Go somewhere else, wouldn’t trust with purchase. Other independent shops said other issues didn’t need replace, that stealership is just trying to upsell services. See pics.

Stay away. Won’t help/work with Audi for repair. Try to upsell you on services that you don’t really need (verified by Audi Birmingham). Long wait time, took 4 weeks to get appointment for recall. Took additional 3 days to complete recall/inspection.

Have got my car back in August from them within 1 month had issue with drive train brought back to them, as I thought they fix it but 2 months later same issue and thermostat issues. I had to get rid of it. Staff wasn't knowledge of the vehicle they choose for me. Never again will do busy with them. Thought staff was nice at first but wasn't helpful with my car. Was told it need just an oil change but clearly that's not the issue.

I have been doing business with Jack Ingram Audi for many years and these guys are top notch. Bill, in the service department is very helpful and always nice. I would recommend this Audi store to anyone looking to buy an Audi or get one serviced.

Bryan was extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond during the purchase of my car! We are from out of state, but his communication was phenomenal sending videos and answering all our questions instantly. He made the process extremely easy, and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Bryan personally. Roll tide.

I purchased an Audi A5 this past week which drives like being on a cloud. Shaun was my salesperson who was awesome to work with. He was professional and patient with me. Ultimately it was one of my better experiences in purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks again for putting your personal touch on every detail.

Want to Thank Bryon Tross Salesmen and Bill Schriever Service Manager for handling our recall on our 2022 Q8 in time to travel to Roanoke Va to spend Christmas with our family. Highly recommend Bryon to help you with the process of purchasing your Audi
