I was traveling home back to Alabama. I had about 18 totes and a few more items that I needed to store. It was labor day weekend and wasn't sure if I would find anything. It was also Sunday!! It was no problem. They helped me out alot with the size of unit I needed. The process took me less than 5 minutes. It was great!! When I arrived there it was very secure and very clean. I would send anyone there if they were in need of a unit. Great customer service also. I would offer money back for this business. That's how happy I am with it all around!!

I may be moving in the near future and will need a clean safe and friendly place to store some of my belongings. I needed some rates so I checked out your facility on Monticello.. I spoke with a very kind friendly and mannerly young man by the name of Chris.. he was very helpful. The facility was very clean and the rates are reasonable.. Today was a great day for me to rent a storage unit. Even though I had another storage unit in mind. My daughter recommended Extra Storage formerly Compass Storage to me. I accepted her recommendation and oh my was I pleased. I ended up getting the storage unit I wanted. Great thanks to Nichole and her spectular hospitality. You're the real MVP!

The Blackmon Rd location has been the absolute best decision I’ve made when securing storage space. Melissa is genuinely attentive, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and a pure joy to speak with even it’s not specifically account related. I can’t think of a better place for safe, secure, and comfortable storage.

Nicole at the Monticello location had gone over and beyond for me! And that’s still an understatement. I was forced to relocate back to my hometown because of an illness in the family and she’s seriously saved me a lot of headache in an already hectic ordeal. She’s guided me to choosing the best setup for my personal needs and helped me IMMEDIATELY when I’ve lost keys and had other concerns. I never write reviews, but had to for her. Highly recommend!
