My previous post was accidently deleted, but the pics remain... UPDATE: Dress was attempted to be altered by David's Bridal in Pensacola.... EPIC FAIL... So I had to fitted in a new dress, the same one sent to the store just in case, yesterday after another failed fitting.... Davids Bridal should be sued for the amount of stress this had caused me. I almost went to the hospital because of a panic attack. My wedding is NEXT SATURDAY... and my dress has to be completely started over from scratch.... If I had ANYMORE time, I'd start all over. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I really like this bridal shop. Jacqueline was great she was such a big help and was very nice. They accommodated us very well.

I had a dreamy experience trying on dresses with Khristian. She was very professional and patient. She listened to what I wanted but she also gave me other options.

I had a wonderful experience all around. Leah was my stylist and she was so helpful. She picked out the dress I ended up choosing, and it was something I wouldn’t have picked for myself but instantly loved. Everyone was kind and supportive and the store had a wide variety of styles and sizes. Plus, in the end, they added significant discounts that sweetened the deal. 10/10 must try for wedding dress shopping!

I've used this location for alterations and bridesmaids dresses for my wedding 6 years ago and was pleased, now I've been coming back to get a bridesmaids dress for one of my best friends' wedding. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Ms. A did my alterations for my current dress and made sure it fit perfectly before I left. She's super sweet and is good at what she does. I have zero complaints about the lovely people who work here, they're all amazing.

The staff here go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cater to your every need! Holly is such a fabulous stylist, she was able to help me find the dress of my dreams and also helped me find dresses for all 5 of my bridesmaids in a timely manner! Pam is also a fabulous lady who helped me to organize and make sure my appointments ran smoothly! Cannot wait to come back to get my MIL and mother fitted for their outfits! Barbara, Angie, and Cheyenne in the alterations department are truly fabulous! They did a wonderful job altering my bridal gown, my mother's dress, and even some of my bridesmaids dresses! They are so kind and patient during the process and my bustle turned out better than could have ever imagined! If you want your alterations done right do not hesitate to bring your gowns here!

Highly recommend! I made an appointment for my bridesmaid to pick out her dress. Making the appointment was easy and I got the reminders for my visit as well. When we showed up, we were immediately helped until our stylist was available. Our stylist was very involved. She helped my bridesmaid with anything she needed and she ended up finding "the one" from a recommended dress the stylist chose. They were professional, kind, caring, and helpful. I would definitely come back.
