Fast, friendly service. Good food served hot. Clean store. Clean restroom. One of the soap dispensers didn't work. I am concerned that the score from the health dept is a 90. That's not typical for a Chick-fil-A. The report was posted too high and too far behind the counter to see what the problem was.

Food was great as always. We ordered for dine in on the app, a lady came to our table and asked our name, we told her and she walked away so we assumed that wasn't our food. Then she was calling our name out, not sure what happened there. We didn't have any straws or napkins on our tray. I ordered my sandwich without lettuce and it had lettuce on it.

When taking our order we asked if they cleaned the tea spicket (if you don't the tea taste bad) and both an employee plus the manager didn't know what it was. The lady taking our order rang in the wrong drink but did try to correct the issue but we still got the wrong drink. The fries were hot but over salted. The sandwich was made correctly and good. Overall pretty meh experience.

We went through the drive through this morning. The kitchen got our order wrong. I ordered one fried filet and one grilled filet in a bowl with an egg and egg white. They gave me two fried filets and two egg whites. They also neglected to give us any honey roasted bbq which was included on the order. Lastly, they gave us any honey roasted apple juice instead of an orange juice. Everything was right on the order and the person that took our order was great. The crew inside just messed it up.

Complaint: I'm a blue-collar white man who travels for work. In all of my years eating Chick-fil-A's throughout the USA, this is the first experience of racism. It's obvious this restaurant #05091 didn't want to cater to me. The look of disdain on people's faces when I came in the restaurant is appalling. I was not greeted and did not feel welcomed but sat to eat my breakfast before going to work. I went to the counter to have my coffee refilled, and no one acknowledged me! Stood there nearly 3 minutes, when a black man came in from outside, went to the counter, and he was immediately acknowledged and took his order BEFORE offering to refill my coffee! Check the cameras for the accuracy of my statement. A CLEAR INDICATION OF RACISM! I immigrated to this country thirty years ago, and this is the first time I can remember being in a restaurant where I literally felt like I should leave because of the color of my skin. I believe it is not your policy to promote or stand for racism. God bless them as they deserve!!

Handed a full bag of food, asked if the salad and wrap were in there. He said "yea". I was by myself but I should have still checked because 20 minutes down the road, 2 guys are missing their meals. They did put the dressing for each in the bag lol.
