Overnight stay was pleasant. Rooms were good and spacious and it had a full kitchen with refrigerator (great for longer stays). It was conveniently located near the highway but in a retail area near a great deal of food choices. We had an initial issue with the TV not getting signal but the front clerk Raye was on it and got it fixed in no time. Props to her for great customer service.

The location is not very pedestrian friendly. Staff was really nice, they were able to get me checked in early so I’m forever grateful for that. They get 5 stars from me and ensure my safety in my room. There’s no breakfast, but an expensive grab and go (my water and soda ranged from $3-3.75) My biggest concern was the room itself. The door to my room appeared tampered with, I don’t believe this room is ready for occupancy until it’s fixed. The floor was sticky. There was spots on the surfaces when I checked in. I am a spray and wipe it down person when I travel so it wasn’t a really big deal. I don’t really do too much pull the sheets back because there is so many layers, so I sanitize where I’m going to place my body but strip my bed before I leave and gather towels and trash to assist housekeeping. I rolled back my lower sheets and was disgusted by the mattress topper don’t worry… it’s the mattress as well. Management may say it was me, however keep in mind, none of the other layers of the sheets were stained.

This was our first and our last stay at this location and we would not recommend this hotel. Pros: Location of hotel is great. It’s close to the freeway exit. It’s also in a prime area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Cons: We checked in after 11:30pm. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The shower was filthy with leftover hair and scum. The snack table beside the bed, the kitchen sink, and the carpet was also dirty. All of this, along with our very uncomfortable mattress. We were told there wasn’t another room they could give us because they were sold out. We were told there wasn’t anyone on duty to clean our room. The front desk associate couldn’t give us cleaning supplies so we could clean the room ourselves because she didn’t have access to anything. It was after midnight and we were tired from our drive but my husband cleaned our bathroom with dish soap and a wash cloth. The front desk associate on duty the next morning was very nice and apologetic. We really appreciated her genuine concern but we won’t be back. .
