Aspen Dental

I have been visiting this dental office regularly for my check-ups and cleanings every three months. During one of my recent cleanings, a cavity was found, and I was scheduled for a filling. Today, I received the treatment, and everything went very smoothly. Beforehand, I was informed that the cost would be over $500, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was only charged about $259. I am not sure if this was due to a discount or adjustment, but I truly appreciate it. The care I received was excellent, and I am very satisfied with both the service and the outcome. Thank you to the entire team for the professionalism and kindness.

It was okay but the sales person was a little pushy at the end. Her demeanor kinda turned me off. I went in for a simple cleaning but was told I had to have all these other specialized cleanings to different teeth before I could have the normal cleaning I came in for. These cleanings were going to be $1000 out of pocket originally and would take place over three appointments. But I just wanted a simple cleaning and would have been willing to get the other cleanings if I could have gotten the one I came in for first. When I asked questions, she got into her hustling stance, as if I didn't know she ran this type of game all day everyday, and tried to be intimidating. I'm going to do my research. But even if I learn that I really do need all that stuff they were saying I need, I WILL NOT be getting it from them. Must not know that this is my money and I determine how and to whom it's spent. Just didn't like the aggression.

I was referred by my primary dentist and asked to walk-in. I did on Thursday and was called within minutes. After completing and verifying some information, I was scheduled for an upcoming procedure the following Tuesday. Now that's fast. The office staff was so pleasant and treated me like family. Everyone was handling their business. Super environment. Friendly and professional staff.

The staff were extremely friendly! They were so helpful and very informative on how I could better take care of my teeth. Ashley (the hygienist) was so sweet and did an amazing job deep cleaning my teeth with minimal discomfort and pain! Definitely will be returning!

My experience was wonderful as always I am a patient but this visit was for my son.I love how friendly and supportive everyone is in the office.I highly recommend Aspen Eastchase location. I am 43 years old I was very self conscious hiding my smile before,I feel as if it held me back from a lot of opportunities because I wouldn’t smile or talk much. Since I had my work done I have truly blossomed I can really show the real me.I landed a Supervisor position on my job and actually public speak in a class full of new hires!!! I had a great experience at the Aspen Dental in Montgomery AL. The Office Manager Chiquita Sanders is absolutely amazing, she's very sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. I can tell just by the interaction with her staff they love her and make working there enjoyable. I also want to acknowledge the fact that the entire staff except 1 employee is African American (I love that about the office) and the entire office carries themselves very professional and they were all friendly!!!! I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental Montgomery to anyone!

The staff is so incredibly pleasant to work with.I've never been in a dentist office where everyone was so patient and kind and helpful. They were able to get me seen in a timely manner were very kind and courteous through the whole process.Very helpful and even helped me set up payment arrangements.Since this was for an emergency dental procedure I wasn't expecting.

Today was my initial visit and I can honestly say, over the past 40 years of having dental work done, I have never left an office relaxed and served with excellence as such. I didn't feel intimidated or embarrassed due to the state of my dental health, but empowered and well informed regarding the plans of getting my teeth healthy again! Kudos to all of the staff!!!
