Truly an amazing experience working with Taylor and Smalls-Hodges Mortuary West Mobile, despite the circumstances. When laying my mother to rest, the staff was very attentive, compassionate, and empathetic. They helped my family through this difficult process, from beginning to end with great suggestions and honest answers. From selecting the pre-arrangements to the day of the services, they took great care of my mother’s body as well as beautifying her for her day of rest. Smalls Mortuary provided phenomenal services. Unfortunately, my family had to use them twice within two months. We used both locations and they were both great. They were attentive and took great care of my family during our time of grief. A special thanks to Taylor who was on top of everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I want to say thank you to Small’s Mortuary and Taylor Hodge on the services for my uncle Russell Heidelburg. Taylor did an excellent job making sure my aunt and family had everything we needed starting from the funeral arrangements, to the service and to the military honors burial. Taylor was patient and was a pleasure having him assist us. The funeral attendants did a great job as well. I also want to give a special thanks to Orlando Harvey for professionally escorting us to the VA cemetery and his kind words during the interment.

Smalls Mortuary West Mobile location did an amazing job! Their professionalism was top tier they made my beloved mother look like she was sleeping in peace, she was simply beautiful . I felt like family from the moment I walked in the door . If you are looking for a place that will treat you like they would treat their own family then smalls is the place to go . Ms. Drake took good care of my family she is the absolute best !!!
