Edible Arrangements

Ordered from here for years. Tried to order yesterday and after 1 and a 1/2 hours and spending 30 minutes on the phone with customer service, I gave up and went to Rouses and got a cake instead. The system offers products then when you try to check out, it tells you to pick something else. There is no longer a Pick-Up option, delivery only. They advertise free delivery for orders over $ 79.99, mines came to a subtotal of $ 110 but it was still trying to charge me $ 25 EACH for 2 platters/boxes going to the same person, at the same location at the same time (Yes, $ 50 total for 1 delivery). The customer service agent stated he thinks 1 item has to = at least $ 79.99 and not 2 combined items so I emptied my Cart and added a platter that I didn't even want that was posted for $ 79.99. When I tried to check out, that platter was no longer available and it suggested I pick one of the items below. Guess what, no single suggested item was at least $ 79.99, the highest priced item was $ 64.99 meaning they are setting you up to pay the $ 25 no matter what. Smells like a scam to me. It never used to be this hard/complicated to order some thang strawberries from here. I'm not giving away a freebie $ 25 to this company, I would rather gift it to the person I was attempting to order this gift for. Customer service was useless as well and offered no solid advice or solution. After 90 minutes of adding and removing platters/boxes from my cart, I got fed up and hung the phone up on the agent and went to Rouses and got a beautiful blueberry lemon cream cheese tower cake for my loved one at a fraction of what I was going to pay Edible Arrangements and it's now my go to item for a gift along with a card (because she called me today and said she loved it and it was enough for her to eat 1 slice for 8 days). Never using EA again!

Tasted good and fresh. Only issue was the size of strawberries. Very, very, VERY, smaller than usual. Size isn’t worth $46.99 for a dozen. Great customer service though!

I placed an order just a few hours before closing for delivery for a sick relative. I live in TN and really wanted to cheer up my relative. I received a call from a very nice young lady who explained that they were out of cookies which was apart of my order. She asked if it could wait until Monday when they would have the cookies restocked. They had a very busy day and I could tell she was tired. I asked if we could just replace the cookies I really wanted the order delivered today. She was so nice and even though she was tired she offered to replace the cookies and add a balloon. She was professional and courteous. Needless to say the delivery made my relatives day. You all brighten her evening Thank you

I placed an order feb 6 received call from the manager stating she didn't have container for that arrangement balloon was to be included in this order and offered fruit,strawberries and pineapple as well as brownies and cheesecake board I agree. Had order for son in Alabama I am in Tennessee. On Valentines Day I waited till two cst hadn't heard he had got delivery. I call edible in mobile Al where the order was placed she at this point tells me she don't have helium for balloons or brownies or cheesecake and wants to give me a refund. It's Valentine's Day what am I to do at this point..... I tell her to put together something and I repeatedly ask why nobody had called and she says she is trying to figure it out. She then tells me she will try to get it delivered before he gets off, then it gets delivered in a plain white mug from the dollar tree and I get 25$ refund. This is ridiculous, I have always ordered from the one in Daphne Al and never had an issue. This was the first and last time for using Mobile Al edible arrangements.

To whoever is reading this. Gwen is the best at what she does and what she knows. She is the most helpful understanding person I have ever encountered. The service was great the friendly. Her honesty is what really got me and for those who really need to know details ask for Gwen. More businesses need to have people like her who take pride in their work. So with that being said Gwen thank you so much for your hard work and dedication

I hate to leave one star because the lady that took my order was precious and I believe did the best she could. But here’s my problem- this is a chain.All of the stores should be consistent and held to a certain standard. I have ordered from EA in Auburn and Birmingham and have always been pleased The company advertises all of these options but this particular store had nothing really. They did not have any baked goods at all, the lady explained they had been out of helium since Mother’s Day, but I saw a review complaining about the same prob 8 months ago. The website has all of these precious boards , baskets, boxes etc.. , but when I received a pic of what was delivered it was in a tacky plastic tray that I could have gotten at Publix. In fact I could have gotten a better tray at Publux with a cute balloon and any kind of baked goods you can imagine, ordered and delivered by DoorDash or Instacart for next to nothing So just a heads up- this particular location is owned and operated by someone who could not care less about their customers or their reputation. To the girl that helped me over the phone- I appreciate your trying your best but you’re on a sinking ship. If you love your job you’d be better suited at another location. This one is an absolute embarrassment to the company name and the owners should be ashamed.

Not really sure why it takes three hours to get 12 chocolate covered strawberries. Order has been placed since very early a.m. for pick up at 2 p.m. can’t understand why these are not being made until we have arrived and checked in. This place seems under and poorly staffed. As a first time costumer I’m am not impressed and from here on out I will most likely use Shari’s Berries.

Strawberries were old, browning, mushy, not fresh. Paid $60 for inferior quality. Wasn’t sweet tasted like water. Definitely asking for a refund.
