My experience with Chatom Motors was awesome!! I had to get my radio reinstalled in my car and finally found the time and money to do so! When I got to Chatom Motors it took them only 2 hours to reinstall my radio for me and believe me it was no easy job, lots of tiny screws and unbearable heat to do it in!!! They were so nice and welcoming from the service team to the front room team everybody was incredibly helpful, happy, and welcoming!! I definitely will be making another appointment with them again if my car happens to have another problem!! Also will be purchasing my next vehicle through them in the future! Thanks again! From a satisfied customer!!!

Bought a vehicle from them that had been from auction just a few days. Buying experience with sales was good. But obviously their service shop has a lack of knowledge. I asked if a service was performed and was told it wasn’t needed. Noticed a misfire at idle and took it upon myself to service it. Both fuel filters were this filthy and covered in sludge. Needless to say if you get your vehicle serviced here it probably won’t be done right and it may not even be needed smh. Would buy from here again but I would be watching as a service was being performed before I purchased it. Oil change and fuel filter change cost me around $200. I think it’s time to look into hiring some experienced and knowledgeable mechanics because the few you have apparently have just been born.

Chatom Chevrolet is an amazing dealership!!! I learned of the dealership via Facebook Market place. New to the area I was and having a hard time securing a quality used vehicle. I was extremely doubtful of Marcus the sales manager, but he and Trish (sales) made it happen!! They were always in touch w/ me and led me through the entire short process. The Finance manager went over and beyond!! He met me after hours because I am a hospital employee. Signed the finance contact & delivered my car. I even left my glasses in a loaner vehicle I was using. Again, a representative met me after hours so that I could get my much need glasses!! LOL!! High praises to Marcus & his team at Chatom Motors - Chevrolet!!!!

This place ripped me and my girlfriend off on a car we bought a car in 40 miles down the road the transmission went out. They've refused to help with $1 of the repairs or towing expenses they also said they would put two new tires on the car when we bought it but yet when we picked it up from the tire shop the next day they claim we had to pay for them and then acted like they knew nothing about it they played one salesman to the next giving us the runaround this place is a joke I would buy a car anywhere but here they'll steal your money and steal from you they are worthless shop anywhere but here.

While visiting family in Chatom (I am from our of state) my check engine light came on. I took my truck to have it checked out. I needed a new thermostat and they had the parts on hand. They were so helpful and friendly. They got me in quickly so I could return home on time. Thank u Chatom Motors

I'm a contract worker so I don't live in the area. I generally have service work done at my home. However, there are times when service is needed when I'm out of town. I have had service done at Chatom Motors 3 times. Today being the third time. I always ask for tire rotation along with oil, filter, and lube. The receipt stated, "tire rotation included with oil change." TIRE ROTATION DID NOT HAPPEN! They offered to correct the situation, but I'm staying 30 miles away and do not have time to return. I won't be back because I'm leaving the state for the next job. If I were to have service done there again, I would watch everything they did. I even have question if they did oil change, filter, and lube. Just a warning, if you take your vehicle for service at Chatom Motors, verify that the work has been done. Do Not Trust The Service Department Saying The Work Was Done.
