Nice clean park with swimming area across the street from the boating area. Several boats on the water were trolling and fishing. I'm not sure if skiing is allowed. Long pier with fascinating views for a nice morning or evening walk. Great family place. Ziplining and horseback riding available. Check the website for availability and fees. Zipline tour guides are helpful and friendly and make the experience fun.

Vorige Woche hielten wir uns ein paar Tage im Wind Creek State Park mit unserem RV auf. Also von diesem Campground können wir in der Tat nur das Beste berichten. Dort gibt es einfach alles! Unmengen Campsites, schöne WC und Duschanlagen, man ist irgendwie überall am See, wandern kann man rundum ohne Ende gehen, es gibt einen Minigolfplatz, Kinderspielplätze, eine eigene Marina, wo man Boote mieten kann, einen eigenen Pferdecampingplatz, ein kleines Geschäft in der Marina usw.! Natürlich gibt es an jedem Campsite eine Lagerfeuerstelle und einen Griller, Stromanschluss, Wasser und Abwasseranschlüsse. Auch ausreichend Dumpstationen sind vorhanden. Ein wahres Vergnügen dort! Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert, sollten wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen, werden wir sicher wieder kommen!

Very nice state park campground. Access to the lake right from our campsite for kayaking. Nice facilities kept very clean. Easy to travel around the area. A few hiking trails that were nice but need to pay close attention to markings on the reunion trail, black section as the trail has been shifted in a section.

Best 2 weeks ever.Very Welcoming and Patient.We Changed sites 3 times last one was best Water Views.Will be back next year 4 or 5 months.

Yes. Yes. Yes!! Whether you are staying at the park or not. You have to go on a trail ride on horseback. You get to see the most beautiful views while riding the beautiful horses they have there :) best value in bama!

It's nice. Mother nature wasn't nice while here. The marina store has a lot to be desired. Can't find children's lake Martin apparel at all. Nothing for XL. Tons of small, medium and 2X. Large is somewhat available. But it is sad that they have most sizes nobody wears. And nothing for children. When 900 miles to visit and you can't get family shirts kinda stinks.
