Una porquería de personal trabajando en ese hotel. Varias personas pagamos con tarjeta y nos sacaron dinero que no deberían. Y no lo an regresado aún ese dinero anda en disputa y las personas que están en la resepcion son muy groseros

Me toco hospedar justo en medio de su remodelacion general, pasar entre materiales de construccion y el ruido de los trabajadores desde tempramo no es nada agradable, esperemos valga la pena su remodelacion

I picked this hotel to stay at because it was the closest to the town Boligee , Alabama, where I came to attend my sister‘s funeral. Upon arrival the hotel appeared to be clean and the customer service was good. The room appeared to be clean, but of course I did my own cleaning as usual however when I woke up the next morning, there was a bedbug in bed with me. I was able to catch the bug in a paper towel and put it in a plastic bag. I took it to the front desk, the young lady at the front desk said “I don’t want that I’m gonna throw it in the trash”, so I had her call the manager. The manager told me that she had to send someone out to inspect the room before she could give me a refund, so the owner and his wife came to inspect a room. I even presented them with the bedbug and all they said was they would call me and let me know if they could issue me a refund. I have not heard one thing from that hotel. I would never stay there again. I would recommend no one ever stay there. Customer Service was terrible. They didn’t even offer me an apology which is really what I would’ve wanted more than anything you live and you learn and I can honestly say never. again.

Our stay was fair; but, when I came home my 'house shoes' I had on in the hotel room only were filthy dirty- something sticky remained on the uncarpeted floor throughout out room. the beds were extra firm and the breakfast was nothing much- but OK. questionable cleanliness. Thankful that it was a quiet location.

While the room was fairly clean and the room was made up each morning, there were other issues. The drain for the air conditioner was clearly not working as the floor was soaked for my entire visit. When I first got into the room it was set on 60 degrees. There was dirt on the filter as well. The shower door was clearly not hung properly as it did not mate cleanly to the wall allowing water to escape to the floor. As a rule I always check the room for debris before I settle in to make sure that nothing untoward is present. No surprise that there was trash underneath the head of each bed. There was a piece of tissue jammed into the peephole of the door. It was there when I got there so I left it.

Good: easy access to interstate, a few gas stations at the same exit, grassy areas for dogs to run around, well-lit parking lot, and a really good Indian takeout spot across the parking area. Room smelled ok, A/C, water pressure and temp good. Not rated: breakfast or other hotel amenities. Not good: recently updated but really poor room cleaning- grungy floor corners, mildew in shower, beds were comfortable but clear evidence the sheets weren't changed for either bed, and the guy across the hall had the clerk come and change his for same reason. The check-in clerk acted inconvenienced for a simple check in. Started feeling like the room carpet probably wasn't that clean, either, given the other issues.
